We now have the solution for this issue.
1. It is truely “Tubeless” system NO tape & sealant needed.
2. Easy repair by user, does not need to send back to the factory.
3. Suit for all kinds of double wall rims even 20 or 88mm depth.
4. All parts are recyclable.
5. Our system just use with the normal nipples & spokes from the market, no extea needed.

Idea

The rims for cars, motorbikes are all tubeless, but only a few tubeless rims for bicycle on the market because of the repairing situation. We now invention this eyelet system to install into the rims & it become the tubeless system. Easy install & repair. It provide better riding experience, safety & Environmental friendly. This design will also provide more safety due the spoke broken issue.

Form

This design subverts all tubeless wheelsets on the market . The system install direct to the rim hole and hold the nipple, the nipple become flexible. The angle between the nepple & spoke will be less than the original design, less shear angle than provide longer life circle.

Function

Our system is designing for trully Tubeless, no tape & sealant needed. The nipple is flexable, get longer life circle & keep away from danger. We also develop the auto assembly machine, reduce the cost & get the friendly price for all user.

Differentiation

Our system is designing for easy mantaince / repair, it is totally different than the products from the market. User can do all work by their own. It fit all kinds of rims with double wall, what ever it made by carbon or aluminum. All brands can use this system for their rims.

Impact
